About Ania
Ania's Yoga journey began around 20 years ago with sporadic classes, gradually evolving into a daily practice and lifestyle. It encompasses not just physical movement but also influences her choices, happiness, challenges, and growth. Yoga, for Ania, encompasses mind, soul, breath, mood, nutrition, and relationships. She often shares the wisdom of "learning to flow and be still" during her classes. With over 17 years of experience working with children, Ania commenced her journey into teaching Yoga to children a decade ago. Combining her passion for child education with her two-decade-long Yoga practice, she has been instrumental in delivering Yoga classes to children at Yogania Yoga studio and several international schools in Bangkok. Ania's approach involves teaching mindfulness, employing music and storytelling to create engaging and exciting sessions for the young yogis.
About her Sessions
Ania enjoys blending various yoga styles in her classes, often incorporating a mix of vinyasa and katonah yoga, among others. She also focuses on monthly themes, guiding students to explore different aspects of their bodies to enhance their understanding. Ania's primary goal is to make yoga inclusive for all participants. She strives to create a welcoming and comfortable class environment, emphasizing that yoga is a journey, not a competition. Her mantra is "Learn to flow, learn to be still." A yoga kids session offers an engaging introduction to yoga through storytelling, imaginative play, and fun poses. This not only enhances physical fitness but also boosts concentration, self-esteem, and emotional balance. It's a joyful way for children to develop both physically and mentally.
